Hands On Training Programme In Water Quality Monitoring
Water quality testing is a significant part of environmental monitoring. When water quality is poor, it affects not only aquatic life but the surrounding ecosystem. It is neither a static condition of a system, nor it can be defined by the measurement of any single parameter. It is variable in both time and space and requires routine monitoring to detect spatial patterns and changes over time. There are a range of chemical, physical, and biological components that affect water quality and hundreds of variables could be examined and measured. Monitoring provides the objective evidences necessary to make sound decisions on managing water quality today and in the future.
This training is designed to equip the students with theoretical and practical knowledge about water quality parameters. Water monitoring required in the field of research and industries all over the world. During this training, the candidate will get a hands on training in various analytical instruments used in water quality monitoring.
